Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid/Flex)
Pay Rate: $50.00 – $65.00 / hour (PM II: $50/hr. | PM III: $65/hr.)
Contract Length: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Minimum Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of job-related project management experience.
- Alternative Experience Path: In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of college coursework and/or experience as a Project Manager (or in positions defining and managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery) equaling nine (9) years total.
- Multi-Project Management: Proven experience successfully managing multiple small-to-medium-size projects simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For
- The Experience: 3+ years (PM II) or 6+ years (PM III) navigating facilities, logistics, supply chain, or technical operations.
- The PM Toolkit: Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, and vendor management.
- The Communicator: Ability to present clear, concise updates to leadership while providing actionable operational guidance to field teams.
- The Credentials (Pluses): PMP, CAPM, CSCP, or OSHA certifications are valued additions.
- The Logistics: Reliable personal transportation for local job site visits across the Phoenix metro area (valid driver’s license required).
