Owner’s Representative Project Manager

This role is with a boutique, owner’s representation and consultancy firm managing diverse projects in NYC, including new construction and capital improvement projects.
It’s a small team right now, but one that’s going to scale, and can offer huge opportunity to anyone that joins the team on the ground level.
You’ll have autonomy and flexibility, with the guidance of a highly experienced leader
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of multiple projects end-to-end, acting as the central point between clients, consultants, and contractors, in a client facing role
- Building and managing project schedules and budgets
- Write bid documents, review leveling sheets, and handle construction management paperwork
- Solving problems in real time
About you
- Approximately 7+ years of project management experience working with a GC/CM, architecture, or engineering space
- Experience in CapEx projects, Local Law / FISP projects, or interior building infrastructure is highly desirable
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Prior Owner’s Rep experience is desired but not essential with the ability to shift perspective from a GC mindset to an Owner's Representative perspective
- Comfortable building schedules and budgets
- Confident managing multiple trades and stakeholders
- Excited by a start-up/ entrepreneurial environment
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
On Offer:
- Base salary circa $150,000 – $170,000
- Uncapped profit share on projects brought in (paid monthly not annually)
