Salesforce Project Manager
Titusville, NJ (3x week on-site requirement)
Pay Rate: $65-$80
1 Year Contract + Extensions
Must Haves:
- Strong project management experience supporting large technology implementations or transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM projects.
- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated-industry experience.
- Experience coordinating business teams, technical teams, end users, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Jira for project tracking and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Veeva CRM.
- Experience supporting Medical Information or Medical Affairs teams.
- Experience with global CRM consolidation or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Genesis.
- PMP, Scrum, or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Day-to-day:
- Lead project planning and execution for the Medical Information workstream.
- Coordinate across business stakeholders, technical teams, regional users, and vendors.
- Gather and document how CRM is currently used across different regions and user groups.
- Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Track project activities and requirements in Jira.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and stakeholder working sessions.
- Prepare status reports and communicate progress, risks, issues, and upcoming decisions.
- Support Salesforce implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and functionality rollouts.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, spreadsheets, and decision logs.
- Drive accountability and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines.

Compensation:
$65 - $80 per hour
