Overview As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager you will lead landmark construction projects for a respected Tier 1 contractor in the North West. You’ll own delivery from pre-construction through handover, managing teams, programmes, safety, and commercial performance to achieve high-quality outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders, shaping projects with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality delivery. Responsibilities - Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Develop and monitor construction programmes
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, pre-construction and HSEQ teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Present progress updates to senior management and clients
- Support and develop site-based delivery teams
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering new-build construction projects
- Previous Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience with a main contractor
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
- Commercial and contractual awareness
