Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead delivery across a varied pipeline in a growing construction consultancy. You work closely with clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive projects from inception to completion. You’ll manage programmes, budgets, risk, and procurement while mentoring junior staff. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape outcomes on commercial and mixed-use schemes and expand a diverse project portfolio within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities - Manage projects from inception to completion
- Lead and coordinate consultant and contractor teams
- Oversee programmes, budgets, risk, and reporting
- Oversee procurement and delivery strategies
- Chair project meetings and drive actions
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify issues early to keep projects on track
- Mentor junior team members
Key requirements - Strong experience in a construction consultancy environment
- Track record delivering projects across varied sectors
- Experience in commercial and mixed-use developments
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Solid understanding of the full development and construction lifecycle
- A relevant construction/property qualification
- MRICS, MAPM or similar would be beneficial but not essential
