Overview In this role you will lead IT infrastructure, workplace or application projects within a technically complex, globally distributed environment. You will manage budgets of 1–3 million and ensure projects meet business and technical requirements, delivering on time and within scope. You will coordinate vendor relationships, resources, and stakeholder communications to maintain momentum and governance. Your work directly supports smooth production transitions and compliant, consistent delivery across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Define project scope, budget, resources, schedule and approach for each initiative
- Drive delivery with consistency, ensuring IT compliance and production handover
- Manage vendors and resources, onboarding/offboarding as needed
- Act as main point of contact; maintain stakeholder relationships
- Identify risks, analyze options and mitigate delays to stay on track
- Monitor, report progress against milestones and budgets to management
- Track costs (SOWs, POs, contracts, internal resources) and maintain forecasts in SAP and Clarity
- Coordinate documentation, change requests, approvals, and compliance gates
Key requirements - 5–7+ years delivering IT infrastructure, workplace or application projects in complex environments
- Strong project management, financial management, change management and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead delivery with a unified project lens without compromising outcomes
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures to deliver
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to report project health and manage costs against baselines
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographic workstreams
