Overview In this role you will lead project delivery for high-profile London schemes, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to realise complex residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will establish processes, create plans, monitor progress and report to clients and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors and designers to drive on-time delivery and quality, shaping outcomes on iconic projects within a supportive, growth-focused firm.

Responsibilities - Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
- Establish effective processes and systems for the project
- Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
- Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
- Track and document changes
- Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports
- Liaise with the client, contractors and designers
- Attend meetings and draft minutes
Key requirements - Experience delivering large-scale projects on London sites
- Projects spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors
- Successful delivery of entire projects or major components
- Experience on projects valued at 20m++
- Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
