Responsibilities - Lead on a broad range of infrastructure projects and programmes across public and private sectors
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts in a project manager capacity or similar
- Coach, mentor and develop project teams and junior colleagues
- Manage health, safety and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility and apply CDM appropriately
- Build and nurture client and partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Influence strategy, lead cross-functional collaboration, and promote a one-business mindset
- Anticipate client challenges and develop innovative, sustainable solutions
- Support business initiatives and act as a role model for inclusive leadership
Key requirements - Significant experience managing multiple disciplines and stakeholders on infrastructure projects across lifecycle
- Proven NEC3/NEC4 accreditation or recent relevant project management role
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, challenging environments
- Practical CDM understanding and application across teams
