Overview As an Electrical Project Manager on a flagship Central London development, you will lead the electrical package from inception to handover. You will work with clients, consultants and design teams to deliver a technically complex MEP installation on a large-scale project. You will manage risk, programme, quality, safety and commercial performance, ensuring compliance and successful commissioning. This role offers impact through shaping delivery on a high-profile project within a reputed Tier One contractor. You will be at the center of cross-functional collaboration to drive on-time, to-spec outcomes.
Responsibilities - Lead the electrical package from inception through to completion
- Coordinate and manage specialist electrical subcontractors
- Collaborate with client, consultants, design teams and project stakeholders
- Monitor programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks and drive milestones
- Oversee procurement, technical submissions and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and regulations
- Provide regular progress reports and participate in client and site meetings
Key requirements - Proven experience as Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Experience delivering residential, commercial or other technically complex projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services and MEP coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and project performance
- Relevant electrical qualifications and SMSTS/CSCS certification
