Responsibilities - Lead infrastructure project/ programme delivery across the full lifecycle
- Manage contracts, finances and project controls to meet client objectives
- Provide leadership and develop project teams; mentor others on large programmes
- Oversee health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Steer planning, communication and multi-stream coordination with senior client representatives
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive problem solving and solution-focused delivery under pressure
- Oversee procurement and contractor/consultant interactions on infrastructure projects
Key requirements - Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across lifecycle
- Strong leadership, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities
- Solid problem-solving, analytical and numerical capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams
- Experience with procurement and NEC contracts (beneficial)
- Professional affiliation or near-qualified status with APM/ICE/ITP or similar
- Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP)
- NEC PM Accreditations or qualifications (beneficial)
