Responsibilities - Conduct background research and data collection to inform planning
- Establish processes and systems to be used across the project
- Produce project plans and manage project teams where applicable
- Monitor progress and performance indicators, and track changes
- Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors and designers
- Attend meetings and draft minutes
Key requirements - Senior Project Manager experience with a leading consultancy
- Experience delivering projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
- Proven track record delivering whole projects or large elements
- Experience on projects valued at 20m++
- Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
