IntroductionThe Business Operations Program Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Business Operations, driving maturity and scalability of Corporate IT Business Operations (BusOps) processes. This role leads the Corporate Technology Investment Governance (CTIG) process, ensuring effective intake, portfolio tracking, reporting cadence, and governance structure. The Program Manager also facilitates governance meetings, advances cross-functional process improvements, and enables data-driven decision-making across Corporate IT.

- 5–7 years of experience in IT Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or Governance-related roles.
- Strong program/project management skills with ability to manage governance workflows and operational cycles.
- Demonstrated experience with IT portfolio management, technology governance, operational reporting, and process improvements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Proficiency with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ADO, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare executive-level materials.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at any time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).

- Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Experience facilitating large-scale governance structures and reporting cadences.
- Familiarity with strategic technology investment governance frameworks.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Skilled in designing and improving standard operating procedures and process documentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate technology governance intake process, portfolio reviews, and governance meetings.
- Manage portfolio tracking, prioritization, reporting cadence, and workflow facilitation.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for leadership visibility.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guides.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point for process handoffs across teams, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and governance materials for leadership forums.
- Continuously improve governance practices to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness.
