As a Construction Program Manager Intern, you will be a part of a creative, diverse team tasked with solving fascinating problems constructing Amazon Data Centers. Our data centers are industry examples of energy efficient, cost-effective designs.
You will work alongside partner teams such as Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning to build Data Centers that directly support our customers.
AWS Data Center APJC Construction Program team is seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Program Manager to innovate, manage, and create new programs that improve our efficiency in the high volume and fast paced delivery environment.
This role requires strong communication skills with managers, peers and team members, both within their immediate department, as well as with other departments and business partners to drive effective and sustainable delivery strategies, processes and SOPs.
You will work within a diverse and creative team solving fascinating problems constructing AWS Data Centers. You will support the APJC Construction Program Managers in the same team and work with SMEs and Construction Managers delivering data center capacity to support Amazon’s growth in the APJC region.
This is a 6-month internship starting Jan 2026.
Key job responsibilities
The Construction Program Manager will be responsible for:
• Assist the team in tracking and reporting on the Procore compliance metrics and follow up with CMs on actions
• Assist the team with document control tasks, ad hoc checking the drawing naming conventions, revision numbers and cloud marking.
• Tracking the new program and process intercepts.
• Tracking the YB spending
• Organising CM team calls, Preparation of agendas and minutes
• organising the folders in all systems for CMs including wiki, workdocs, onedrive, smartsheet, quip and etc.
• Support DCCD AI Framework.
• Support DCCD WLP Program
• Support DCCD Hire and Develop the Best Program
• Set up and maintain project management and documentation of software system
• Assist Construction Program Managers (CPMs) with administrative tasks.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, or project/construction management
- Experience working with IT tools such as MS Office Suite including Project, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience updating and managing data including milestone dates, RFI’s, design changes, and change orders in project management software such as Procore.
- Experience with developing workflows and tracking systems including change management, vendor equipment delivery, and document
- Experience with Revit or similar computer-aided design software.
