Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience with end-to-end program delivery, process improvement, and working with engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in working with all disciplines and levels of the organization to form a plan to meet an objective, manage risks and drive clarity on ambiguity and decisions to ensure the organization remains aligned on meeting our objective.
- Ability to engage with engineering leads and contribute to technical discussions.
- Ability to work across the organization to understand problems and find solutions.

Responsibilities
- Drive the future of Google Maps in the automotive industry. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Google to define and deliver a roadmap that brings innovative driving experiences to car makers and their users.
- Build and guide high-performing teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables while proactively removing obstacles to their success. Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize tasks, and drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain agility and adaptability, adjusting workstreams and deliverables in response to internal and external changes, and iterating based on learnings.
- Define and drive programs, transforming ambiguous ideas into clear, long-term objectives with impactful solutions.
- Acquire deep domain expertise and technical understanding, enabling them to effectively collaborate with engineers and drive technological solutions.
