Program Manager Responsibilities
- Business Operations:
- Orchestrate business rhythm by partnering with Business Leads, Admins, Internal and External Communications, and Sales Operations to manage the company calendar
- Work across teams to prepare briefings and coordinate research for meetings with partners and key leaders and coordinate follow-up
- Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal communications (i.e. Q&A’s, All-Hands, posts and emails)
- Manage preparation timelines for global travel commitments and coordinate all aspects of leadership engagement with internal and external partners (client visits, industry events, press, executive speaking engagements)
- Business Planning & Program Management:
- Identify, scope, and deliver critical projects and initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams
- Develop and track project plans, metrics of success, and communication plans for all initiatives
- Speechwriting & Communications:
- Craft internal and external narratives for executive leadership that align with company mission
- Develop and manage content development and storylines that inspire and excite both internal and external audiences
- Create and edit messaging and materials on various topics, including strategy, priorities, announcements, events, and external leadership engagement
- Build partnerships with key internal communications stakeholders, including Global Business Marketing, Public Relations, and Internal Communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or analytical field
- 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years of experience in project management, change initiative, and stakeholder management experience, and 3+ years of experience in speechwriting for business leaders, project management, strategy, management consulting, operations, or related fields
- Professional speechwriting, publishing, or corporate communications experience
- Proven experience drafting messaging materials, executing delivery, and preparing for large-scale employee events
- Experience managing ambiguity and adjusting to shifting priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Google Docs, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Ability to operate autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in high-pressure situations
- Experience working across time zones to achieve results
- Experience compiling briefing materials
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree in writing or journalism
- Experience with Sales and Monetization Products and solutions
- Experience working directly with executive and C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company
- Experience leading international strategy projects and executive relationship management
- Proficiency with SQL and experience extracting data from large/complex databases
