- Provide structured program support for multiple network‑related initiatives happening concurrently across several markets.
- Assist on‑site PMs by managing turn‑up activities, coordinating tasks, and helping remove blockers.
Technical & Network Process Support
- Work with network teams to understand architecture, tools, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to developing technical documentation, processes, and go‑forward operational guides for new network initiatives.
- Help shape processes around network testing activities (no physical labor required).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Participate in daily training and sync calls to gain proficiency with client specific network tools and workflows.
- Provide ongoing remote support to site PMs; occasional site visits may be required to validate equipment, observe field workflows, and support process development (estimated travel: ~10%).
Project Prioritization & Workload Management
- Support the management, tracking, and prioritization of diverse project backlogs across multiple geographic regions.
- Align with Network Program Director on goals, KPIs, and project targets specific to each initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Program or Project Management experience supporting technical initiatives (IT, network, telecom, or infrastructure‑oriented projects preferred).
- Understanding of network technologies or prior experience supporting network‑oriented workstreams; pivotal to reduce time to ramp
- Experience coordinating multi‑site or remote project delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support both remote and on‑site PMs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in networking, telecom, datacenter operations, or similar technical domains.
- Experience building or maintaining project documentation, technical runbooks, or operational processes.
- PMP certification is not required but considered beneficial.
