Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience with ML discovery or content recommendations systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with and interest in Gaming and XR.
- Excellent data analysis and modeling skills.

As a Product Manager for XR and Gaming Discovery at YouTube, you will help viewers find videos they want to watch and get more value out of their time with YouTube. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities using data to better match viewers with great gaming and XR content.
- Define and execute on a new initiative to understand and recommend beloved gaming shorts.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for XR discovery.
- Lead a revamp of the XR home feed and XR content recommendations.
- Drive a regular cadence of experiments to grow XR engagement by improving content discovery.
