Role Overview
The Marketing Program Manager (Apprentice) supports the Regional Digital Store Lead in developing and executing the sales and marketing campaigns for some of the most iconic brands such as Xbox, Surface, M365 and more. The ideal candidate is a nimble self-starter who can proactively work within an ambiguous environment, demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with varied audiences.
Responsibilities
What will I do in this job?
- Manage and coordinate projects from the local marketing calendar
- Create promotion requests for our Xbox, Xbox accessories, Surface PCs, and software products
- Publish and analyse sales and marketing performance reports
- Capture feedback and make recommendations to improve program execution including new AI features.
- Track and manage a comprehensive marketing project calendar for the region
- Consolidate and document learning and best practices throughout the fiscal year
- Build and manage access to resources, assets and content for Microsoft Store
- Coordinate activities with Category, Planning and Merchandising teams

As a Microsoft Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to start your career early, earn while you learn, and gain valuable experience. Qualifications
Requirements
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must not have a degree, however, you should have:
- Obtained suitable level 3 qualifications by 31st August 2026 (3 A-levels with grades A*-C, BTEC Nationals, T Levels, or equivalent).
- Obtained 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, with grades A*-C or 9-4 on the new grading system.
- You need to be legally authorised (have citizenship or a valid visa/work permit) to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
