Senior Project Manager (Digital & Client Experience) – Hybrid NYC
Our client is a leading national financial services organization dedicated to helping those in the academic, medical, cultural, and governmental fields plan for a secure financial future. With a massive footprint in retirement services and an unwavering commitment to social responsibility, this technology-driven business is currently undergoing a significant digital transformation to enhance how millions of clients interact with their financial portfolios.
As a Senior Project Manager within the Digital & Client Experience (D&CX) portfolio, you will play a critical role in the operational delivery of high-priority digital initiatives. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in large-scale enterprise environments and enjoys the "engine room" mechanics of project delivery, from budget forecasting to cross-team coordination.
Requirements

- Data & Financial Literacy: Strong ability to collect and analyze project data, including cost-benefit analysis, budget tracking, and resource forecasting.
- Reporting Expertise: Advanced proficiency in creating executive-level progress reports, dashboards, and status updates using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or specialized PMO software.
- Risk Management: Demonstrated track record of identifying project risks, tracking dependencies across multiple teams, and documenting mitigation plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical updates into business-friendly status reports.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Support: Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables across the D&CX portfolio to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare recurring status reports for leadership, highlighting key milestones and potential bottlenecks.
- Financial Oversight: Support the lead Project Manager in managing project budgets, tracking actual spend against forecasts, and analyzing variances.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for diverse work streams, including Product, Tech, and Business units, to ensure seamless information flow.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline project management workflows and improve the accuracy of reporting data.
