Apple is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fraud Program Manager to support the risk and fraud prevention strategies for the Apple Pay and Apple Wallet platforms across the EMEIA region.
Based in London, you will be a key member of the EMEIA Business Operations team, working within the fast-growing Apple Pay International organization. This role involves close collaboration with Apple's global technical, business, and fraud teams to support a diverse range of partners—including banks, transit operators, and payment networks—from initial onboarding to long-term operational success.
Our team is responsible for launching and managing these partnerships, with a focus on maintaining key performance metrics, minimising fraud, and ensuring seamless day-to-day interactions. Description
Support the development and execution of the comprehensive risk and fraud strategy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud detection and prevention systems, processes, and controls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with risk and fraud teams at partner organizations, including issuing banks, payment networks, and transit authorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to help implement innovative fraud mitigation solutions.
Assist in optimising fraud operations by analysing data, refining processes, and implementing best practices for case management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in regular business reviews and workshops with partners to drive alignment, share insights, and enhance fraud prevention efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including various payment networks, methods, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in implementing and supporting effective counter-fraud strategies and operational processes.
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on achieving key business outcomes.
- Excellent process analysis and optimisation skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to meaningful improvements.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners in complex, global organisations.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English. Other languages desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
