Job Description:
Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Project/Program Manager with one of our large Banking clients to oversee the project. PM role responsible for timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
Location: Hybrid – IRVING, TX & CHARLOTTE, NC
Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week
Pay range: $52.50
Contract Length: 12+ months

About the Project
A new team is being stood up within the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) group, within Global Receivables under Commercial Banking, to build a new System of Record (SOR) platform to support all the products under the SCF business to replace 2 legacy SORs as well as a number of auxiliary applications. This platform includes all receivables financing, supplier finance, and channel and inventory. It will allow clients to transact invoices with other companies, etc. This is a multi-year transformation program.
Objective is to unify multiple SC Finance products (e.g., receivables, reverse factoring, loan financing) under a single technology umbrella. The team will build a new platform and migrate existing products onto it.
Project Manager: This role will be crucial in overseeing the entire effort, ensuring that all components come together smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management, with expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and mitigating risks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are vital for this position.
- Enterprise level banking experience
- Experience as lead project manager for large, complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong preference for experience with large‑scale enterprise platforms, particularly:
- Backend systems
- Payment processing
- B2B platforms
- Focus is on enterprise systems, not consumer web or mobile applications.
