Global Localization Producer

- Understand the production workflow and how to deliver quality creative work.
- Consolidate information from each function and project, to estimate quarterly workload, in order to identify incremental resource requirements.
- Renew, prioritize and execute localization requests.
- Collaborate with Geos to resolve questions or discrepancies related to terminology, brand message consistency and workflow.
- Build and optimize systematic management of projects through development of tools, leveraging the existing tools to reflect the latest information.
- Analyze requirements and supporting reference material; clearly communicate same to Geos.
- Train Brand Producers, Functional Producers, and Creative teams to use the Headlines tool for Sustain, Black and Red workshops.
- Strategic coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the priorities set by Brand Managers, Functional Producers, Production and the Localization team.
- Receive and own latest status of each Functional Producer’s and Brand Manager’s projects, organize and manage weekly Project Management status and calls.
Job Summary
- The point person and liaison between functional and leads to keep localization projects on track and ensure teams are aware of upcoming priorities.
- Responsibilities include developing internal tracking systems, creating schedules, tracking project status, and routing work for review/approval.
- Works closely with WW Functional Producers, Brand Producers, and the Creative Team as well as the Geo Project Management team.
- Expert in managing global efforts across all media including print, interactive, retail and channel.
Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience

Responsibilities
- Align teams on key project milestones.
- Look ahead, forecast milestones, and negotiate conflicts with internal teams.
- Keep Loc CDs on task and focused with daily check-ins.
- Scope headlines in Planet for all workshops and sustain projects.
- Moderate daily workshop check-ins between WW Project Managers/Associate Producers and Geo Project Managers.
- Rethink, reevaluate and reimplement processes based on workshop hindsight feedback.
- Train new hires and currently employees on the Headline process as well as Planet updates, and process updates.
- Archive projects in the headline tool upon completion.
- Add WW team members to Planet as needed.
