Location: Edina, Minnesota (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager for a long-term engagement focused on the industrialization of a data platform for advanced analytics related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role involves leading the initial discovery and scope definition phases of the project. The project manager will provide initial financial oversight and manage relationships with stakeholders up to the CIO level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, including with senior leadership up to the CIO.
- Lead and manage steering committee meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive tracking and status reporting for both team and leadership levels.
- Utilize a Wagile methodology to guide project execution.
- Provide initial oversight on financials, including portfolio management and investigation of significant variances.
- Use Planview for managing milestones, resource allocation, status reporting, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data-centric projects.
- Background in Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
