Senior Program Manager
Role Summary
Lead a large-scale commercial transformation program focused on implementing a unified business platform. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology objectives.
Responsibilities
- Direct program execution across multiple initiatives and teams.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Provide status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead governance activities and support key decision-making.
- Ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and operational transition.
- Track progress, performance metrics, and expected business benefits.
Requirements
- 12+ years of program management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Experience managing complex, in-flight programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong background in data-driven projects and enterprise platform implementations.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or commercial transformation programs.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and lead across matrixed organizations.
- Strong experience managing program delivery, budgets, risks, and dependencies
