Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with 6–10 years of experience to help drive cybersecurity initiatives forward, with a focus on microsegmentation and vulnerability management. The Project Manager will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines stay on track.
- Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status updates, and action items across multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in microsegmentation and vulnerability management initiatives, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and operations teams.
- Support implementation efforts related to microsegmentation solutions, including network segmentation planning, dependency tracking, and rollout coordination.
- Support vulnerability management initiatives, including coordination of remediation activities, tracking of findings, and follow-up on prioritization efforts.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and drive resolution in partnership with technical and business leads.
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear communication with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is organized, current, and aligned with internal governance or PMO expectations as needed.
- Use Microsoft Office tools and standard project tracking methods to provide visibility into progress, issues, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6–10 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or related delivery roles. Experience supporting cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects in a complex enterprise environment.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as network segmentation, vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and risk reduction. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting microsegmentation, network security, or vulnerability management programs.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- PMP certification or other project management certification.
- Experience working alongside cybersecurity leadership, PMO/EPMO teams, or external partners.
