In office: Hybrid - Tues, Wed, Thurs in office

Overview
Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of engineering programs within the spend management technology domain. This role partners across engineering, product, and business to drive execution of data, AI, and platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of cross-functional technical programs spanning engineering, data, AI, and platforms
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans and roadmaps
- Drive program execution, milestone tracking, and dependency management
- Establish program governance, including risk management and executive reporting
- Coordinate initiatives involving data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
- Support Responsible AI governance and alignment
- Enable cross-team collaboration and remove blockers to accelerate delivery
- Influence stakeholders and leadership to align on priorities, resources, and outcomes
- Contribute to scaling TPM best practices within the Office of the CTO
- Stay current on emerging technologies in AI, data, and healthcare supply chain
Qualifications
- 7+ years in program/project management within technical environments
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-team alignment
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (ceremonies, retrospectives, risk tracking)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical work for executive audiences
- Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud, data platforms, and analytics systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML, including generative AI and Responsible AI (preferred)
- Experience supporting data-intensive or AI-driven engineering teams (plus)
