Studio Operations Program Manager

What you’ll do
Lead studio operations
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple studio spaces to maintain consistent service standards and operational excellence
- Support facilities operations, including preventative maintenance planning, studio audits, equipment forecasting, and issue tracking
- Coordinate building access, security support, documentation, and portal ticket management
- Help manage operational disruptions, team moves, and facility-related changes with proactive communication
Support and develop the team
- Supervise coordinators and reception staff, helping with onboarding, workforce planning, and daily task prioritization
- Lead structured onboarding and training efforts so new team members can ramp up quickly and confidently
- Create and improve training materials, standard operating procedures, and team processes
- Provide coaching, regular check-ins, and feedback to support strong performance and professional growth
- Act as the escalation point for team issues, helping resolve challenges and remove operational blockers
Drive projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead operational programs and special projects tied to studio and workplace support
- Coordinate responses to maintenance issues, incident reporting, and root cause follow-up
- Partner with stakeholders across locations to support planning, operations, and a high-quality workplace experience
- Manage conference room booking escalations and route issues to the right internal partners when needed

What we’re looking for
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in operational program management supporting building, office, and/or studio operations
- Experience managing facilities operations and related projects in a corporate environment
- A track record of leading, developing, and coaching teams
- Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and equipment planning
- Experience supporting studio audits and escalating operational issues appropriately
- Familiarity with facilities services and building operations
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- The ability to build strong relationships across teams and solve problems independently while collaborating effectively
- Proficiency with Numbers, Keynote, Quip, and Slack
