Prime Video has developed a suite of innovative fan experiences that enhance how customers engage with live sports, including features that surface key moments in real time, provide advanced statistics and predictive insights, and enable viewers to watch multiple games simultaneously. These experiences help differentiate Prime Video and create a more engaging viewing experience for millions of customers.
As the Senior Program Manager responsible for Fan Experiences, you will lead the strategy, launch, and operational scaling of these features across thousands of live events globally. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Launch, and Content teams to ensure fan experiences are delivered reliably, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for Fan Experiences, including determining where and how features should be deployed.
- Design and implement scalable tools, mechanisms, and operational processes that enable seamless deployment of fan experiences across Prime Video's live events portfolio.
- Collaborate with Launch, Operations, and Product teams to identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and develop automation solutions that enhance speed, quality, and scale.
- Establish goals, success metrics, and operational KPIs to measure feature adoption, quality, customer impact, and scalability.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and executive-facing business reviews to track progress, identify opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience
- Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
- Experience working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market
- Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Proven track record of improving operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and scalable mechanisms. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA, or Master's degree
- Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online and mobile products/services
- Experience in digital media, sports, or live event operations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
