About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco. This person will lead a range of commercial projects while supporting client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of the office.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable managing fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to keep projects on track, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables from early planning through closeout.
We’re a hybrid team, and this role requires being in the San Francisco office at least three days per week to support collaboration, culture, and client engagement.
About the Candidate
If you are a strong Senior Project Manager with a balance of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, we want to hear from you.
You bring in‑depth knowledge of the design and construction industry and thrive on working closely with clients and project teams to bring projects to life, on time, on budget, and with a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude.
You work well independently, but also enjoy mentoring others and building strong, collaborative relationships. You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and calm under pressure. You’re always thinking a few steps ahead and looking for ways to improve how things get done.
You care about delivering a great client experience and working for a company that shares your values.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect.
