Leading a team of over eight Comprehensive Project Managers, the full-time Field Manager Project Management will oversee performance metrics, provide training and support, and ensure operational success in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities: Manage team performance to achieve quality, cycle time, and accuracy metrics Provide regular feedback and recognition to team members based on performance Oversee the onboarding and training of new Project Managers Required qualifications: 5+ years of claims experience in the insurance industry or relevant leadership experience in adjacent fields Experience or education in high-end property industries such as interior design, fine arts, or antiques Bachelor's degree required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage remote team operations effectively
