Supporting Human Resources audit engagements, the contract Audit Project Manager - HR will work remotely to perform audit walkthroughs, document control designs, assess risks and controls, and conduct control effectiveness testing over a duration of 3 months. Key responsibilities Perform audit walkthroughs and document control design activities Conduct control effectiveness testing and evaluate audit results Assess risks and identify control gaps across HR processes Required qualifications Experience as a Senior Auditor, Audit Project Manager, or Audit Consultant Strong knowledge of audit methodology, documentation, and testing procedures Experience performing control design walkthroughs and control effectiveness testing Background in internal audit, risk management, or compliance HR audit experience strongly preferred
