Job Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other trades.
Manage project scope, execution, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with available resources and project milestones.
Monitor project performance and productivity to maintain efficiency and minimize rework.
Coordinate and issue work orders to field teams and third-party vendors as required.
Ensure all installations and project deliverables meet scope requirements, project plans, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Read, interpret, review, and distribute construction drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.
Identify project changes and manage change order processes, including documentation, approvals, and implementation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records within project management software.
Conduct site visits and oversee field activities while maintaining awareness of construction site conditions and safety requirements.
Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Qualifications and Certifications
Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in luxury residential construction projects (required).
Experience managing AV and/or Low Voltage projects within construction environments.
Knowledge of the built environment and construction project workflows.
Experience with all phases of project implementation, including rough-in, trim, and final completion.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management capability.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain project schedules.
Proficiency with project management software and documentation processes.
Stable employment history with demonstrated project management experience.
Technical aptitude and a strong interest in technology systems and their functionality.
