Pay Range: 40-45/hr (W2)
We hiring an
Instructional Design Project Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge training programs,
Key Responsibilities - Instructional Design Leadership: Apply ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies to design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials.
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee multiple training projects-from needs analysis to evaluation-ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with technical experts to transform complex content into learner-centric experiences.
- Tool & Technology Integration: Leverage authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia ) to build interactive courses.
- Quality Assurance: Implement Kirkpatrick or other evaluation models to measure training impact and ROI.
Basic Qualifications - 3+ years in instructional design with proven project management experience (aerospace/defense preferred).
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in e-learning development , ILT materials, and curriculum design.
- Mastery of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship required.
Desired Qualifications - Certifications such as CPLP, PMP, or ATD Instructional Design .
- Experience with Jira, Confluence , or Agile project management.
- Background in technical training (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or compliance)
