Senior EHS Project Manager
We are seeking a senior EHS Project Manager to lead an enterprise EHS/ESG technology transformation program for a leading semiconductor/advanced manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end EHS/ESG platform implementation programs, including scope, budget, schedule, risks, governance, and delivery.
- Manage implementation of platforms such as Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, or SAP EHS.
- Oversee requirements, configuration, design, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams and multiple workstreams.
- Provide executive-level communication, presentations, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure EHS solutions support ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- Apply knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, and Canadian EHS regulations.
- Manage vendors, risks, issues, dependencies, and program governance.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of EHS consulting, EHS technology delivery, or enterprise transformation experience.
- 4+ years in client-facing Project/Program Management or Delivery Lead roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex $1M+ enterprise programs.
- Hands-on experience with Intelex and/or Enhesa preferred; Enablon/SAP EHS also considered.
- Experience managing teams of 5+ resources across onshore/offshore models.
- Strong executive and client-facing communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred
- Semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing experience.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Strong US and Canadian EHS regulatory experience.
