Job Overview: Pay Range: $85.00hr - $90.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in EHS consulting, EHS technology programme delivery, or enterprise transformation project management.
- At least 4 years in a client-facing PM or delivery lead role.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream EHS/ESG technology implementation programmes ($1M+ budget) on time and within scope.
- Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms, particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa.
- Ability to review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans.
- Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- Proven experience managing and developing cross-functional teams of 5+ resources spanning onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations including EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, and Reg 851/90.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.
- PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead EHS/ESG platform implementation projects (Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS).
- Manage project/program ownership including scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance.
- Provide executive stakeholder management and client-facing leadership.
- Oversee large enterprise transformation programs using PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in or delivering EHS services to a semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing enterprise.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
