Job Description
Role- Senior Project Manager
Location- Hongasandra, Bangalore ( Hybrid)
Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams. Drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks. Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate Oil & Gas operational objectives (upstream, midstream, downstream) or Manufacturing into scalable data and AI solutions. Establish program governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking, and executive reporting while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry standards. Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors and consulting partners, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes. Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data and Automation to optimize business processes, enhance data-driven insights, and deliver measurable business value.
Preferred Experience:
15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs. Strong domain experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing. PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.
