Site / Project Manager
Recruiting for a Site / Project Manager for a main contractor based in Essex & London to work on multiple projects ranging from £250k up to £1 million within sectors including commercial, residential and healthcare within London and the Home Counties.
Key duties include:
- Manage and assist with delivering projects operationally.
- Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Carry out site visits, progress reviews, and snagging inspections.
