Responsibilities
- Own and run the sprint process day to day, using JIRA as the core tool
- Track and report progress outwards to stakeholders
- Bring your own ideas and ways of working to get the most out of JIRA and agile process generally
- Support the wider team's agile maturity as the platform deployment scales
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering Agile projects, with strong hands‑on JIRA experience – essential
- Team player who's comfortable operating alongside (not in charge of) a Business Manager
- Understanding of API connectivity and how it reduces manual intervention in a process – important, especially in a banking platform context (e.g. FNZ)
- Familiarity with banking/financial platforms is a plus but not essential
- Any experience with AI deployments is a bonus
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in managing Agile projects with a strong focus on JIRA for sprint processes and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with API connectivity and experience in banking platforms enhance the ability to streamline processes and support team agility.
