BMS Performance Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised engineering manufacturer for a Steam Project Team Leader role across the UK, based within commuting distance of South Shields.
You will lead installations, upgrades and major works on steam boiler systems, coordinating site teams and liaising with service networks. Expect hands-on leadership, travel 1–3 nights per week and a competitive package including pension and overtime.
