Tyne Coast College is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a capital programme, coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director Infrastructure and Transformation, provide robust governance and reporting, and ensure compliance with planning, building regulations and health and safety standards across a dynamic estates role.
