- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale substation projects Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, schedules, and resources Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Act as primary interface for all project stakeholders and maintain alignment on goals Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary project team to maintain high performance Tasks Bachelor in Engineering 10+ years experience in large-scale, complex technical projects in energy or heavy infrastructure Extensive NEC contract experience (NEC3/NEC4 or similar) Primavera P6 planning & scheduling experience Proven track record in project planning, financial control, and risk management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or APM qualification Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills Key requirements global cross-functional team remote/flexible work time off and parental leave learning platform employee resource groups
