About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and hand - over.Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relations

- gies.Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakehol
- ders.Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation meas
- ures.Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Direc

- eted.Support procurement, contract administration and project govern
- ance.Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milest
- ones.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectat
Ideal Qualifications

Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related disc

Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side env - ironment.Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract admini
- stration.Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-managemen
