Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for complex digital transformation projects.
- Manage and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and key decisions effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables, adhering to established standards and best practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews to gather requirements and gain buy-in.
- Implement and manage change control processes to ensure project scope is adhered to.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a significant focus on digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems under pressure.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly desirable.
