Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Stakeholder management, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all parties involved, including senior leadership.
- Oversee the procurement and management of third-party vendors and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed progress reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with significant budgets.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
