Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for various projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior management.
- Ensure that software deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are a plus.
