About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track project progress using Agile metrics and tools, reporting to stakeholders regularly.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adapt processes as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Certification such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP is preferred.
