Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design through to handover.
- Ensure compliance with all building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Control project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work quality and progress meet project milestones.
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Requirements
- Significant experience (7+ years) in construction project management , including large-scale developments.
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding £10 million.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous.
