Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, adhering to agile methodologies.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrable success in managing multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies.
- Excellent understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
