About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritised.
- Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify potential impediments, and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and team performance.
- Ensure that delivered software meets quality standards and business requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master within a software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common development tools.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
