Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, senior management, and external vendors.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company project management standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience managing digital transformation projects, including software implementation, system integration, and process re-engineering.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational change.
- Experience working in a client-facing role or managing projects for external clients is a plus.
